Builds

Systems Alfonso Herrada built and runs. Recourse has a public sandbox that needs no login. The Desk is private, and a walkthrough is available on request.

01 / 06

Recourse: fifteen days to answer. An agent drafts the reply, a person approves it, and a database trigger holds the case until that approval is recorded.

Capstone build · public sandbox

An agent drafts the reply to a public CFPB complaint. A person approves it before anything resolves.

The Desk: one operator, one container, multiple agents. Career Arc, Familia, and Capture in one frame, a person approving every consequential action.

Private · walkthrough on request

The container his agent systems run in. He built the container, the agents, and the gates between them.

Rainmaker: a human-in-the-loop agent system for storm-response home services. A storm track crossing radar rings over a ranked customer list.

First place · DataExpert.io

A hailstorm crosses a town. It works out which customers were under it, and drafts the outreach before anyone calls.

Career Arc: a record of a working life. Both what you did and who you met.

Personal system

A record of a working life, inside The Desk. It asks what he actually did and keeps the answer.

Familia: a message in Spanish arrives, is translated, and four family members are notified. One number for the whole family.

Personal system

The whole family texts one number. The system carries what used to live in one person's memory.

Capture: a one-tap capture tool with a live typing demo. Captured.

Personal system

A small note-capture tool. The input layer for the rest.
